LEADERSHIP:
Leadership: When I hear the word leadership I quickly equate it to these words ” Golden Rule”. As a leader there are expectations demanded by the people and these expectations must first satisfy the people. You do what you love another person to if you you were to be a congregation.
Leadership is all service of God and humanity. We must bury our pride, ego, selfishness and weakness if you think of leading the people. It is not a time to show the bad or awkward part of your life but a privilege to show that you believe in that people and understand the human person.
In essence, leadership is sacrifice, being able to communicate and listen to the voice of the people. You lead by positive example irrespective of the tension surrounding the position.
Awesome. Am happy to see pictures taken in Kenya at the top.
