I am Victor Abdullahi Ibrahim. I am born and brought up in Idah, Kogi State Nigeria. I am the first among the family of six children. I grew up in an environment that built in me low self esteem. I never thought I could do anything positive with my life and that affected me negatively and academically. I was always afraid of making mistakes.
My performance in primary one, two and three didn’t spell anything good about my future. I was called names because I always occupied the last positions in the classes. At a time I thought I was made that way. But all that was a mirage.

I felt seriously ill while in primary three and stayed out of school for two years. Many gave up on me and thought I was going to die, but I was preserved because of the assignment God has for me. I could remember all that my mother went through because of me. She sold all she had to ensure I live. When all gave up on me, she stood by me.

I started improving academically after I returned to school from illness. I found myself inspiring my friends unconsciously at the secondary school but the confidence to give my heart to inspiring people was lacking.

I wrote my final exams in secondary school and i failed three times and almost gave up until on the 4th December, 2011, when I said yes to Jesus Christ and received the gift of the Holy Spirit. An unusual boldness entered into me and started developing the ability to face crowed and live my life. Helpers of destiny started coming my way. Different human resources came at different stages to plant seeds that are yielding results now. Today, I am a student of the Federal Polytechnic Idah studying Accounting and inspiring people to live their dream. I can’t forget, Nneoma Nwachinemere. She inculcated the reading habit in me. The more I read, the more I see what is imbedded in me but how to unravel it, I knew not. Fear of failing won’t allow me take a step until I met my mentor, IfeanyiChukwu Petwise Msp on facebook.

Today, I am a public Speaker, a teacher of the Gospel and the founder of Vicprosper Institute, an Organisation divinely initiated to help and build destinies and producing distinguished leaders. Vicprosper Institute is birthed from my passion in helping young people find their place.

Presently, we are organising seminars for schools to help fight the menace of crime, unemployment and other vices that are capable of Jeopardizing the future and leadership prospect of our youths.

TODAY I AM LIVING MY LIFE.

*MY UNDERSTANDING ON LEADERSHIP*

Leadership is the ability to discover the dormant abilities in others and helping them build and translate these abilities into substance. Leadership is raising people to stand upright in their place of assignments.

Leadership is also training your followers to function well without your presence. Leadership has very little to do with what I do and is fundamentally a matter of becoming who I am. When I live the life I am called to live, a followers will grow into living out their potentials.
